TERMS & CONDITIONS:
REVISIONS: first round free. Any changes beyond first round is $50 per change.
CANCELLATIONS: any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 25% of the total project. If cancelled before 24 hours - no charge.
TRAVEL POLICY: Travel fees are based on the estimated drive time shown in Google Maps from our studio at 2016 Peach Street to the property. Locations with a one-way drive time of 20 minutes or less have no travel fee. If the one-way drive time exceeds 20 minutes, the entire round-trip drive time is billed at $0.50 per minute, beginning from the time we leave the studio. The first 20 minutes are not deducted once the travel fee applies.
Example: A property 30 minutes from the studio requires 60 minutes of round-trip travel and will incur a $30 travel fee.
BILLING: Invoices sent via email once all services are rendered.
PAYMENTS: Cash, Check (made to Brian Fromknecht), Venmo (@brianfromknecht), Credit or Debit - a 5% processing fee will be added to final bill.
COPYRIGHT & LICENSING: The transferring of any imagery (photography, videography or otherwise) to another party, or for use in any manner, monetary or not, is NOT PERMITTED. You must purchase a license from Reach Media Productions to transfer ownership of any said media. By working with Reach Media Productions you are accepting and in agreement with this copyright and licensing clause and will abide to these rules.
MEDIA LICENSING: may also be purchased to use Reach Media Productions in other marketing endeavors.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% may be requested to book your session and is only refundable if the session has been cancelled by the photographer.
