PAYMENTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS: REVISIONS: first round free. Any changes beyond first round is $50 per change. CANCELLATIONS: any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 25% of the total project. If cancelled before 24 hours - no charge. TRAVEL TIMES: any distance traveled greater than 15 miles (one way) from center city Erie, Pa (2016 Peach St.) will include a travel charge of $1.50 a mile over 15 miles. BILLING: Invoices sent via email once all services are rendered. PAYMENTS: Cash, Check (made to Brian Fromknecht), Venmo (@brianfromknecht), Credit or Debit - a 5% processing fee will be added to final bill. COPYRIGHT & LICENSING: The transferring of any imagery (photography, videography or otherwise) to another party, or for use in any manner, monetary or not, is NOT PERMITTED. You must purchase a license from Reach Media Productions to transfer ownership of any said media. By working with Reach Media Productions you are accepting and in agreement with this copyright and licensing clause and will abide to these rules. MEDIA LICENSING: may also be purchased to use Reach Media Productions in other marketing endeavors. DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% may be requested to book your session and is only refundable if the session has been cancelled by the photographer.
